Aleksey was great to work with and went above and beyond to help me out. He drove 3 hours on his day off to provide me an estimate. I appreciate that he looks out for the customer and warned me against overpaying for carpet that I didn't need. He has excellent communication and responds quickly. We had older laminate flooring in our kitchen and were looking for an upgrade. We visited a few places around the area, but ended up going with Intra Flooring based on Aleksey’s knowledge and how helpful he was. When we first visited the showroom, Aleksey was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest about all the products available. He came to measure and provided some samples for us to choose between, he even let us borrow the samples for a few days so we could be sure on the color we were choosing. Once we were decided, he was able to schedule installation quickly. Our installer was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. We’re not fully done with our kitchen refresh, but we’re so happy with our floors!
