Aleksey was fantastic to work with! He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He got back to us quickly after our initial inquiry, was upfront about pricing, and answered all of our questions. The installation team was prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we're very happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend Aleksey and his team to anyone looking for new carpet. Aleksey was great to work with and went above and beyond to help me out. He drove 3 hours on his day off to provide me an estimate. I appreciate that he looks out for the customer and warned me against overpaying for carpet that I didn't need. He has excellent communication and responds quickly. Aleksey, Eli, and his team were professional, timely, and did an amazing job on our floors. We had a combination of solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, and carpet throughout the house and they got all of the work done in about a week. 100% would use again

We had older laminate flooring in our kitchen and were looking for an upgrade. We visited a few places around the area, but ended up going with Intra Flooring based on Aleksey’s knowledge and how helpful he was. When we first visited the showroom, Aleksey was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest about all the products available. He came to measure and provided some samples for us to choose between, he even let us borrow the samples for a few days so we could be sure on the color we were choosing. Once we were decided, he was able to schedule installation quickly. Our installer was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. We’re not fully done with our kitchen refresh, but we’re so happy with our floors!
